Sleekly designed Lewmar Low Profile Hatches are ideal for use on powerboats or small sailing craft. Smaller ventilation hatches are suitable for any deck location on sailing boats, while the larger sizes can be used as foredeck hatches on smaller to mid size yachts. Lewmar hatches feature their unique sealing system allowing easy acrylic replacement. All sizes certified for CE Category A, Areas 2, 3 & 4.

Lewmar Low Profile Hatch Features

Outside handles allow the hatch to be opened from on deck if it is not locked
Opens up to 180° (round hatches open up to 170°)
Friction levers (sizes 30+) hold the lid open in an position up to 95°
Anodised aluminium frame for corrosion resistance
Curved upper profile shape for strength as well as modern styling
All hatches have a 'Lower Frame Flange' of 15mm
Features Lewmar's unique sealing system allowing for easy acrylic replacement
Full range of spare parts available

Further information

Hatches should be fitted to a flat surface with a maximum tolerance of ± 1mm
Fastening size for lower frame sections use 5mm CSK screws No. 10 UNC 2BA
Fastening size at the hinge section use M6 (¼") screws
