ReturnsIf you are not completely happy with your purchase then you can return it to us for an exchange or refund, provided that the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt and in a saleable condition.* This means unopened and in their original packaging and with any security seals still intact. We are not able to accept returns for goods that have been made to order (for example cut and/or spliced rope & chain products, tow kits, dyneema stays). Goods must be checked as soon as they are delivered, we are unable to accept the return of goods damaged in transit beyond 14 days after delivery. If you are returning goods because you have changed your mind, they did not fit or they were ordered incorrectly, then return postage will be at your expense. If you are shipping within the UK, you may use our Returns Portal in order to return your item(s) to us. Orders returned to us via the portal will be charged at £6, this will be deducted from your refund. Please click on the Royal Mail logo below. *This does not include faulty goods, your statutory rights are not affected. Alternatively, you may arrange your own return shipping but we strongly advise using a reliable, tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. Other returns: If your package size falls outside of the criteria on the returns portal, you need to return damaged or faulty goods, or you are returning an order from abroad, then please fill out the Return Request Form below or email returns@oceanchandlery.com.
