Sea rail bag wears out

This product is very well designed and handy to use. However, the materials do not last in the environment the bag is intended for: in 2-3 years of normal use in the Baltic Sea the velcro straps start to break and the stretch side of the bag wear out. This is the third pair in 9 years, but I haven't found anything better for this use, either.
